We had a wonderful stay at TownePlace Suites Kanata! Our group of families was in town for Ontario Basketball Association games, and this hotel was the perfect choice. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-equipped—ideal for families. The staff were professional, friendly, and always attentive to our needs. The location was also a huge plus—conveniently close to restaurants, stores, and everything you might need when traveling with kids. Excellent room, service was great. Check in was extremely quick, keys in hand in moments. Quite nice hotel. Location is a bit out of the way, we were going sticking to the plaza for this trip. For that purpose it's a perfect place.

Newer, very clean hotel. Conveniently located within walking distance to a large commercial district with plenty of restaurants. Neighboring rooms could be heard and it feels like they cut corners in the bathrooms, but not a show stopper.
Location is convenient. Beds were not comfortable and were quite soft. Front desk staff not typically at the desk- you’ll have to wait a bit for them to notice you waiting to have them come out from the back room. Typical breakfast selection for this type of hotel. There is no waffle maker
I went to see Brad paisley and I was not going to drive back home so we book a motel and we found this one I have no complaints and it was very clean and the service was great so I would recommend this place and if I go back for another concert or something I will definitely go back to this motel.
Came here after watching an afternoon sens game, Uber was under ten dollars from here and enjoyed the spacious rooms with some buddies. Front desk were all gems! Highly recommend for a night out by the CTC!
